The apartments are comfortable and light-flooded, the eat-in kitchens are fully equipped. The rooms are made of natural materials (wood and stone) - the perfect place to relax. Our fitness room with gym machines and ping-pong table is great for training and fun. A real gem is our small wellness oasis with sauna, giant tub and relaxation area. You can park your car in the car park or in the garage.

The house Cësa Sara is located near the centre of the village, and at the same time in a very quiet and sunny position. The nearest supermarket and the pedestrian zone in the heart of Ortisei in Val Gardena are just around the corner. There you will find shops, restaurants and pizzerias, all within a short 5-minute walk along the scenic Luis-Trenker promenade, which runs right behind the house. Thanks to the promenade, the apartments are the perfect starting point for all your summer and winter activities, whether mountain or ski trip.
In summer the mountain calls. Staying at our house, you are in the right place as the apartments are located in Ortisei, in the heart of the Dolomites – the most beautiful mountains in the world, as some famous mountaineers claim, and UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can start your hikes and mountain bike tours right outside the house. Moreover, Val Gardena and the Dolomites are a real climbing paradise, but if for once you do not want to conquer the most challenging summits, you can always take a walk on the promenade that runs behind our house. Of course you can enjoy the summer also in our garden or strolling through the pedestrian area.
The strategic position of our apartments also scores in winter, as you can choose to travel without a car or ski bus. The cable ways Seceda, Alpe di Siusi and Resciesa are within walking distance and are great for skiing, tobogganing and winter hiking. They are connected to the huge Dolomiti Superski ski area with 1,200 km of perfectly prepared slopes, including the famous Sellaronda. There is something for everyone, from beginners to professionals. Sun, snow and vacation are the right ingredients for unforgettable winter fun!
